I bought this ring to pair with my engagement ring from a different company. Rubysta requested a few measurements and customized it to the best of their ability with that information. When I first received the ring it didn't quite fit my engagement ring. However, Rubysta graciously accepted it back to further customize and now it looks like it was meant for my ring. The custom stone at the end is gorgeous and I am beyond happy with everything. I will be recommending Rubysta to anyone I know ring shopping!

After being together for 20 years, my husband and I gave each other new wedding rings. I wanted something one of one, a 3 or 5 piece set, with touches of black, all real stones, and affordable. I connected with SO MANY designers trying to find the right fit for me and Rubysta had a style that matched mine and is extremely affordable compared to many others. I ended up with a 3 piece set, the bottom ring designed by Rubysta, store bought engagement ring, and the top ring designed by another company.

I'm so glad I found them! Their customer service is top notch, the best I've encountered. It didn't matter what time it was, they always responded within 30 min and rarely an hour later. I'm sure they were tired of me because I sent a lot of messages but they were always so kind, courteous, and helpful.

The design process was seamless, so seamless it made my other ring designer look really bad, lol. I wish I found Rubysta sooner, I would have had them make both custom pieces. They kept me abreast with the process, sending photos and videos, and also did a last second engraving before sending it off. Shipping was ridiculously fast. I live in the states and it arrived within 2 days after being shipped.

To get a ring at this price, with this level of craftsmanship is more then words can describe. It is salt and pepper with white diamonds on a rose gold base. The ring is beyond stunning. They took my idea and made me a ring exactly as I envisioned.

I ordered my engagement ring through Rubysta which is a fairly large salt and pepper kite. I ordered my wedding band recently to stack with it. Unfortunately when the ring arrived I didn't like the way it looked with my engagement ring (through no fault of Rubysta, I approved every design choice along the way). I sent the ring back and sent over some suggestions of how I would like the ring to look (ex. More of a v shape, and make the diamond at the top smaller). They were able to implement all my changes and my band looks great with my engagement ring! Everyone who has seen it says that it looks "complete" now and its a perfect match. Nothing short of impressed with the craftmanship and setting of the ring. The pictures do not do the ring justice. The lady is elated and equally impressed with the ring.

The ring is just as beautiful as the photos! I would suggest sizing up .25 possibly? The size I ordered and typically wear on this finger is a little snug. Otherwise, so so happy with my purchase!

This ring is beautiful. It was so hard to find a unique salt and pepper band that was not curved or without an engagement ring. The diamonds are beautiful and all slightly differ in color, which is what I love. The prongs are not symmetrical, which for me, adds to the uniqueness, but may drive others crazy. The communication couldn't have been better. They were responsive and always in communication. I will definitely be buying from here again in the future. 5 star rating without question. My fiance let me pick out my own engagement ring and I loved the salt and pepper kite diamond rings so I knew I had to get one! I was able to choose the style, stone and type of gold and was also informed of the different processes as they were happening. My ring is beautiful and elegant. We purchased the band to go with it and I couldn't be happier! Customer service is amazing any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and the shipping was fast too my items arrived sooner than I thought they would.
