If your jewelry arrives with any defects or in less than stellar condition due to mishandling during shipping, we are here to fix it. We take responsibility for any mistakes we make. Moreover, We have a no question asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 2-3 days.


Warranty Coverage

Our silver jewelry and gold jewelry are warranted for a period of 3 months from the date of shipping. This warranty covers any defects, such as loose stones or other issues related to craftsmanship.


Warranty Exclusions

It's important to note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dullness of metals or stones, or the gemstones or diamonds in your jewelry. Additionally, if you have your jewelry resized, altered, or repaired by another jeweler, it will void the Rubysta warranty.

Post-Warranty Service

Even after the 90-day warranty period has ended, we are here to support you. If you encounter any issues with our jewelry, please don't hesitate to contact us. We offer post-warranty repair services at very nominal fees. Typically, we only charge for shipping and insurance fees for the package. At Rubysta, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. We conduct strict quality control measures to ensure that every item is in its best condition before being shipped to you.
