Rubysta was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. The communication and patience was on point, especially when I was being indecisive with my design and diamond selection. She answered all of my questions and provided plenty of pictures when I asked. Having a unique one of kind ring was always what I wanted and Ruby made my visions come to life! I got exactly what I wanted at a very affordable price without sacrificing quality. I am beyond obsessed with my salt & pepper diamond and couldn’t be happier!! My only mistake was not ensuring to order my correct size so they are just a tad loose. It’s not a huge concern to me right now so I will eventually have them resized by Ruby. I highly recommend this seller, her work is stunning!

My dream became a reality! Stunning engagement set with salt & pepper diamond. It sparkles beautifully and the band was customized to fit the engagement ring. The communication with Rubysta was impressive every step of the way and they provided regular updates on the production of the ring. Highly recommend, trust me - I’ve dealt with hipster sites like Olivia Mar and Alexis Russell (horrible communication and overpriced for what it is). Rubysta exceeded my expectations!

My fiance proposed to me while on vacation in Roatan last week with the exact ring pictured above. We contacted Rubysta several months ago to see of they could create the above design for us based off pictures we sent them (basically creating a dupe of a similar, very expensive ring we found elsewhere). I loved picking out my own stone, and I adored the champagne color of this salt and pepper diamond. Everything from communication to the execution of the ring and shipping went more smoothly than we could have imagined. I'm in love with this ring, and we will be asking Rubysta to create our wedding rings as well. Thanks again for everything!

I looooove this ring it’s gorgeous. My only gripe is that unfortunately the original stone/ring designed for me was lost in the mail and I was sooooo bonded to that one it hurts to think about it being gone forever. But on a brighter note, Rubysta handled the issue really well. They allowed me to select a new stone and refunded the difference of cost AND apologized multiple times. Here’s hoping it finds its way to me someday! But the ring I got instead is also gorgeous and my fiance also loved it and it looks great so what more can I ask for?
